• Join a Ride: Browse existing transfers and join one that fits your time (±15 min flexibility).

• 3 Days Before the Trip:
  

  • If no one joins your ride → you’ll be charged the full transfer price.

  • If someone joins → you’ll only pay your proportional share

If another passenger joins your ride less than 72 hours before departure, the system automatically updates the total price and your share.

You’ll only pay the reduced proportional cost, and both passengers will receive an updated confirmation by email. If you already have paid, we will refund the proportional part of the trip

You can save up to €140 compared to a private transfer — depending on the distance and number of passengers joining your ride.

Yes, one bike per person is always included in the transfer price.

If you’re traveling with more than one bike, an additional fee will be applied depending on the space required inside the van.

When you fill out the booking form:

• You’ll see a field called “Number of bikes.”

• The system automatically updates the total price based on how many bikes you add.

• The extra cost per additional bike will appear instantly before confirming your payment.

This helps ensure there’s enough secure space for all bikes and proper loading inside the vehicle.

If you’re traveling with oversized or special bikes (e.g., e-bikes, tandem, or MTB + road bikes), please mention it in the notes so we can prepare the setup accordingly.

We use comfortable vans with special space for your bike, ensuring it travels safely at all times.

Most of our rides run between Barcelona Airport and Girona, but we can also organize shared or private transfers to any destination upon request.

If your location isn’t listed in the available rides, simply fill out the transfer request form, and our team will contact you to confirm availability and pricing.

We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to allow others to join your ride and share the cost. As far you book, your ride will have more visibility.

• For shared rides, we’ll notify the other passengers already in your ride. If they accept your cancellation, you’ll be fully refunded.

• For private transfers, cancellations made up to 5 days before the transfer date will be fully refunded.
